My Story

I'm not just running a studio, I'm living yoga every day. Once upon a time, I was just another beginner, struggling with the basics. Now, I see how showing up daily changes everything - not just the body, but the mind too. Here in Basaveshwaranagar, we laugh, celebrate, sometimes even dance after class! When someone's dedication shines, it lifts all of us. That magazine feature and my mudra in a Kannada book? Felt proud, but honestly, sharing yoga’s joy is what matters most.
