About

Yoga has always been more than stretching or sweating for me. It’s a real anushasan (discipline) that helps dig deep inside the body and mind. I focus on yoga as a healing tool, not just another workout. My approach brings together old-school wisdom about the Panchabhuta (five elements) and real science - like how the parasympathetic nervous system can calm stress. Sometimes we chant, sometimes we talk anatomy. Both matter.

How We Keep It Safe

Safety bahut important hai (Safety is super important), especially if you’ve got pain or a health issue. I use props like ropes, chairs, and benches - not because you’re weak, but because they help you get the pose right and stay relaxed. If your body feels supported, healing happens easier.

What We Work On

  • Yoga for spinal health: Decompression for sciatica, herniated discs, and postural problems. Rope wall traction is a game changer.
  • Prop-assisted yoga therapy for joint pain: Frozen shoulder, knee issues, arthritis - I use props and specific moves to reduce pain and help you move better.
  • Yoga for hormonal balance: Women’s health issues like PCOD, thyroid, and hormonal swings. I focus on breathwork and gentle asanas to support your system.
  • Chronic conditions like diabetes, insomnia, and lung troubles - my sessions use breathwork for chronic pain and special kriya techniques.

My Story

We’re Yogatute Health Studio. Yoga for us is not just bending and stretching, it’s living, breathing, feeling. ‘Yogah Chitta Vritti Nirodhah’ – quieting the mind, that’s the real deal. One of our students beat PCOD without meds. People say ‘80% logon ko hota hi hai’ (80% people get it), but yoga turned it around for her. That’s why we started this studio – to see real change. My husband ditched his IT job, joined me, and now we’re building a community for true yogic living.

Yoga Teacher Training & Internships - We offer IYT 50-500 hour courses for those wanting deep yoga knowledge and teaching skills.

Therapeutic Yoga for Health Issues - Special sessions for PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, and spine, using asanas, breathwork, and diet.

Iyengar Yoga with Props - Belts, chairs, ropes – we use props for safe alignment so everyone gets full benefit, beginners or advanced.

Pregnancy Yoga & Kids Aerial Yoga - Gentle yoga for moms-to-be and fun aerial yoga camps for kids, offline in Bengaluru or online.

Sound Healing & Bhakti Yoga - We do mantra chanting, sound healing sessions, and spiritual practices for a complete mind-body experience.
