(discipline) that helps dig deep inside the body and mind. I focus on yoga as a healing tool, not just another workout. My approach brings together old-school wisdom about the Panchabhuta
(five elements) and real science - like how the parasympathetic nervous system can calm stress. Sometimes we chant, sometimes we talk anatomy. Both matter.
Safety bahut important hai
(Safety is super important), especially if you’ve got pain or a health issue. I use props like ropes, chairs, and benches - not because you’re weak, but because they help you get the pose right and stay relaxed. If your body feels supported, healing happens easier.
