For us, yoga is not just about bending or twisting. It’s about anushasan (discipline) and tuning into your own divya sharir (divine body). We slow things down, pay attention to the breath, and actually talk about why things work - from spinal alignment to the way mantras make you feel. It’s a mix of science, tradition, and a bit of Bengaluru flavor.
