About

For me, yoga is about more than just poses. It’s about anushasan (discipline) and helping kids slow down, breathe, and notice their own divya sharir (divine body). I want them to build healthy habits and real life skills, not just flexibility.

What Kids Learn Here

  • Physical growth: Better posture, strength, flexibility. We use simple pranayama to help with immunity and lung power.
  • Mental clarity: I mix in Kriya Yoga, meditation, and singing bowls to sharpen focus and bring calm. These child mindfulness activities help kids handle stress.
  • Life skills: In our camps, kids learn teamwork, problem-solving, and how to manage their own time and energy.

The Programs

  • Regular classes: Two, three, or four times a week. We cover yogasana, pranayama, Kriya Yoga, and meditation. Good for building habits and yoga for child focus.
  • Summer camps: Not your usual camp - it’s full-on Karma Yoga with lots of masti (fun). We do playful yoga routines for kids, aerial yoga, rope yoga, chanting, plus hands-on stuff like gardening, carpentry, pottery, and cooking.
  • Aerial yoga workshops: Short, safe sessions where kids can try out hammocks, hang, invert, and just play.

My Way of Teaching

I mix ancient yogic tradition with modern science. Safety bahut important hai (very important). I teach discipline, but kids also get to be noisy and have fun. My goal: raise strong, happy kids—inside and out.

My Story

We’re Yogatute Health Studio. Yoga for us is not just bending and stretching, it’s living, breathing, feeling. ‘Yogah Chitta Vritti Nirodhah’ – quieting the mind, that’s the real deal. One of our students beat PCOD without meds. People say ‘80% logon ko hota hi hai’ (80% people get it), but yoga turned it around for her. That’s why we started this studio – to see real change. My husband ditched his IT job, joined me, and now we’re building a community for true yogic living.

My Work

Yoga Teacher Training & Internships - We offer IYT 50-500 hour courses for those wanting deep yoga knowledge and teaching skills.

Therapeutic Yoga for Health Issues - Special sessions for PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, and spine, using asanas, breathwork, and diet.

Iyengar Yoga with Props - Belts, chairs, ropes – we use props for safe alignment so everyone gets full benefit, beginners or advanced.

Pregnancy Yoga & Kids Aerial Yoga - Gentle yoga for moms-to-be and fun aerial yoga camps for kids, offline in Bengaluru or online.

Sound Healing & Bhakti Yoga - We do mantra chanting, sound healing sessions, and spiritual practices for a complete mind-body experience.
