Namaskara, Neha here. Yoga for me is not just stretching, it's about finding that calm spot inside. I started 'Yoga for Cure' because I saw so many folks, especially beginners, worrying about PCOD, asthma, or just stiff shoulders. I like to keep things simple, sometimes teaching in Kannada – like, 'Kapotasana abhyasa madabeku' (let’s practice Kapotasana). So, grab your mat, keep your mind open, and let's get moving.
