My Story
Hey! I’m Vanika. Fitness for me is mind plus body, not just muscles. I’m a beach lover but mountains are winning me over lately. My online classes let me teach from anywhere - sometimes I’m in Kasauli, showing off the view! Mysuru changed me; yoga isn’t only asanas, it’s about growing beyond yourself. I used to be scared of inversions, but now - bring it on! Minor setback, major comeback. The best is still coming, just believe.
My Work
Yoga & Fitness Classes - I teach Fusion functional yoga classes, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Therapy Yoga, HIIT, Tabata, Cardio, Pranayam, Meditation, Yoga dance sessions, and Facial yoga routines. Special prenatal yoga online batches too.
My Teaching Style - I mix and match workouts. Progress matters more than perfection. Personal attention always, even in groups.
How to Join - Live Zoom classes. Beginner’s batch available. Join from anywhere, all levels welcome.
Holistic Wellness - I’m a Reiki energy healing yoga practitioner. Meditation, pranayam, and Om chanting are always part of my sessions.
