See how your jewellery comes to life. From raw gold to the final sparkle, witness the authentic craftsmanship that happens daily inside our Zaveri Bazaar workshop.

Ever wondered how your jewellery is made? This image is an invitation to look inside my workshop, where an artisan is giving a final polish to a diamond bangle, ensuring it shines to perfection.

Here, an artisan is engaged in the delicate process of wax modeling for a custom gold ring. This is one of the first steps in turning a client's unique design idea into a tangible piece of jewellery.

A close-up view of the polishing process. You can see the artisan's steady hand as they work on a diamond bangle, with the detailed design sheet visible in the background. This is precision work that requires immense focus.

Crafting jewellery often involves working with hundreds of tiny components. This shot shows an artisan meticulously assembling a gold chain link by link, a process that demands patience and a keen eye for detail.

An artisan uses a torch to carefully solder small gold components. This traditional technique requires years of practice and is essential for creating strong, seamless, and intricate jewellery designs.

Meet the directors of Sunbera India. In this video, we introduce ourselves and our vision for the company, which is built on a foundation of quality, trust, and a passion for manufacturing fine jewellery.

Every masterpiece begins with a spark of belief. This image features our founder, Vishal Shah, who started Sunbera with a vision to blend craftsmanship with purpose, creating jewellery that tells a story.

About Our Craftsmanship: Behind the Scenes

Before any piece shines, it starts as a wax model or a hand-drawn sketch on a design sheet. In my workshop, I don’t just watch machines do the work; I see our artisans carefully solder every link and polish each stone setting by hand. This manual precision is exactly why our finishing feels different—it is the result of hands-on effort, not just assembly line production.

How We Build Your Jewellery

When you see a finished piece of jewellery, you are seeing the result of a process that balances modern technology with age-old techniques. Our work in Zaveri Bazaar is built on this foundation.

1. From Idea to CAD Every custom order begins with a concept. Whether you bring us a sketch or just a rough idea, we translate that into a 3D CAD design. This gives you a clear preview of the dimensions and proportions before we ever touch a gram of gold.

2. The Casting & Assembly Once the design is approved, we move to the wax modeling and casting phase. This is where the raw metal—whether 22K gold or 925 silver—takes form. But the casting is only the start. Our artisans then spend hours filing, soldering, and assembling. This is where the 'finishing jo dil jeet le' (a finish that wins the heart) comes into play. We manually set stones and ensure that every link in a chain or joint on a ring is strong and seamless.

3. Quality That You Can Trust We do not just aim for beauty; we aim for assurance. Every gold item we manufacture is BIS HUID Hallmarked. This is our promise of purity. When you hold a piece crafted in our workshop, you are holding something that has passed through the hands of skilled karigars who value their craft as much as the metal they work with.

We believe that understanding the process makes the final product more valuable. When you know the patience and precision that went into your piece, you know exactly why it stands out from mass-produced jewellery.
