About Workshops, Webinars & Conference Services
Why We Do What We Do
Learning isn't about stuffing heads with facts. We believe it’s about curiosity, trust, and letting each person find their own spark. For 40 years, we’ve seen how real change happens when people come together to share and question, not just listen.
How We Run Our Sessions
- Our interactive teacher training workshops are never just lectures. Whether you join online or in person, expect small groups, open conversations, and space to try things out.
- Online, you’ll meet folks from across the world—sometimes chats happen in English, sometimes in Kannada (local language), especially when we’re with anganwadi teachers in Karnataka.
- We travel too. If your school or organization is in India or even outside, we come over for hands-on, immersive training—could be five days, could be a single workshop, always adapted to what you need.
- Sessions aren’t only about talking. Clay work, music, theatre—these are part of our experiential learning events, because learning should be felt, not just understood.
Who Shows Up
- School teachers, heads, and parents who want something more for their kids
- NGOs, homeschoolers, and anyone curious about Montessori webinar sessions or democratic education
What Else We Do
- Host free webinars often—drop in for a taste, ask questions, or just listen.
- Organize and speak at child-centered education conferences like IDEC and InDEC, sharing what works and what doesn’t from real classrooms.
Our hope? That you leave with more questions than answers, and the courage to create your own path in learning.

My Story
If you ever see an old Holi photo from Ahmedabad, 1972, you’ll spot me—mud doll in hand, eyes wide, always asking why. My journey’s been full of questions, travel, and gratitude—standing at Dr. Montessori’s grave, feeling thankful. That little Thanjavur doll sometimes lands up in my classroom, reminding me where I started. For me, teaching isn’t a job, it’s about connecting stories, roots, and the messy, beautiful journey of learning.
My Work
Courses for Educators, Parents & Schools - We offer live Montessori courses for Preprimary, Elementary, and Montessori Sports Fundamentals, plus school support programs.
Learning Starts With The Adult - Our courses help adults experience learning first—see through a child’s eyes, prepare, and trust the process.
Online Learning, Real Connection - Join live online contact classes—hands-on with materials, deep discussions, and real batchmate connections.
Education for Everyone - Montessori principles work everywhere. We’ve run workshops in Kannada for Anganwadi teams—trusting the child is key.
Beyond Montessori - We pioneer Democratic Education—organize conferences, host webinars, and build a culture of choice and dialogue.
