About Constitutional & Administrative Law
My Core Belief: Constitution First
The Constitution is my north star. I see my role as standing up for people's rights when the system feels too heavy. In our country, arguments matter more than power - and I fight with words, not muscle.
What I Handle
- Fundamental Rights: Nobody can snatch away basic rights. Whether it's bolne ki azaadi (freedom of speech) or the press getting cornered by multiple FIRs, I step in. If the government crosses the line between criticism and rajdroh (sedition), I call it out.
- Abuse of Power: I've taken on cases where police or agencies push beyond their limits, filing wrong charges or using their position to harass. I keep checks and balances in mind, especially with bodies like CBI and CVC.
- Tribunal Orders: If a tribunal passes orders without letting you speak, that's not justice. I challenge such actions, focusing on principles of natural justice and judicial review in India.
- PILs: Filing Public Interest Litigation isn’t just paperwork for me. I use it to tackle big issues like corruption or misuse of office, aiming for broader impact.
Making Law Understandable
Law should not be rocket science. Through vlogs and talks, I break down topics - from CBI powers to anti-corruption laws - in plain language so anyone can get it.
How I Work
I appear in High Courts and the Supreme Court across India. My method? Solid research, sharp legal arguments, and never taking shortcuts. Hard work over drama, always.

My Story
Purpose, that's what drives us. Started from Tis Hazari, now all over India. Still, my day kicks off with coffee, and the office temple keeps us grounded. SRCC roots, always proud. Friends who push you, old-school meals at the temple, and sometimes a pastry—those are the joys between long hours. Life’s not about just clocking years. For us, it’s about making it count, every day, in and out of court.
