My Approach

For me, every legal fight is about brains, not muscle. I’m committed to getting justice, not just to “winning” a case. I’ve been at it for over 20 years, and what I’ve learned is: real results come from smart strategy, digging deep into facts, and knowing the law inside out. I don’t shy away from tough or high-profile matters – hard work and honesty are non-negotiable.

What I Handle

• Criminal Trials & Appeals: I know the ins and outs of criminal law – from getting FIRs quashed to handling full-blown trials. High-profile criminal defense is a big part of my work.
• White-Collar Crime & Anti-Corruption: Whether it’s ED, CBI, or ACB breathing down your neck, I’ve got experience with money laundering, property attachment, and all that jazz.
• Civil & Commercial Disputes: I help with everything from property fights to big-money commercial contract dispute solutions. Tenancy, force majeure, rent issues – been there, done that.
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy: Representing clients at NCLT/NCLAT, always updated on IBC regulations.
• Medical Negligence & Arbitration: I know where medical issues cross the line, and as an Arbitrator, I offer practical alternative dispute resolution services too.

Making Law Simple

I’m big on making the law less scary. Through vlogs and webinars (haan, mazaak bhi kar lete hain – yes, we even joke sometimes), I break down tough topics so everyone can get what their rights really are.

Where I Work

Based in Delhi, but you’ll find me in courts across India, from Mumbai to Goa, right up to the Supreme Court. I’m comfortable with online hearings too, so distance isn’t a problem.
