Hey, I'm Praateek. Zumba’s my heartbeat, my therapy, and my ticket to places I never thought I'd be—Nepal, Delhi, Bhutan, all with sneakers on! Nepal, yaar, that vibe stuck with me since day one. I’m always learning, always moving—just finished a Pilates course, never say die, main haroonga nahin (I won't lose). Off the mat, I’m with my family, wife, cricket, and festivals.
