For Posto's birthday, we skipped the usual cake and celebrated with our cherished Bengali traditions. I prepared a special meal for him including payesh made with lactose-free milk, panch bhaja (five types of fried veggies), and his favorite boiled mutton. It was a day of prayers and blessings for our raja beta's long and healthy life.
