My Story
We’re OsteoGood, started by me, Dr. Sonakshi Khanna. Physiotherapy wasn’t just a career—mera junoon tha (it was my passion). I’ve worked everywhere from sports fields with Punjab Volleyball champs to helping folks in Rajinder Nagar get up and move again. Movement is medicine, that’s why I added Certified Pilates Teacher to my toolkit. Over 6 years, 5000+ patients, and still, every new recovery feels like magic. I wanted a place where people find real strength, not just painkillers.
