My Story
People ask how NM Foods by Tanya came about. It’s a mix of mom-in-law Chef Nita Mehta’s legendary recipes and my twist. I grew up in her kitchen, always thinking of new ways to jazz things up. Like, once we made makhani gravy pizza. Chalo, that’s our vibe! Her flavors, my style – we want your party food to pop with color and feel like a real celebration. It’s family, it’s fun, it’s a bit of magic.
