Signature Bamboo & Clay Pot Meals
The Core Dish
- Vessel: Choice of steamed Bamboo Rice (bamboo hollow) or Pot Rice (earthen/ceramic pot).
- Base: Long-grain Basmati rice stir-fried with exotic vegetables (bell peppers, baby corn, zucchini).
- Portion: 450g - 500g volume, sufficient for 1 heavy eater or 2 light eaters.
Gravy & Sides
- Sauce: Separate bowl (150ml) of signature Red/Pink Fusion Gravy (Creamy Schezwan base).
- Condiments: Spicy Schezwan chutney (oil-based) and vinegar-soaked green chillies.

- Presentation: Bamboo rice is tapped out tableside; Pot rice is garnished with fried noodles.

Getting Jain-friendly vegetarian meals isn’t easy, especially for stuff like pasta or fried rice. Here, you don’t have to worry. Almost 90% of my menu can be made without onion and garlic. Platters, noodles, pizza, you name it – I’ll sort it for you, pakka (for sure).

Mumbai Bites humne 2013 mein shuru kiya tha, bas ek chota sapna leke - sabke liye ek aisi jagah ho jahan teekha, cheesy, meetha sab mile, aur bilkul PURE VEG. Jain doston ke liye bhi menu mein dher saare options hain, kyunki hum samajhte hain kitna mushkil hota hai milna. Girgaon se shuru hua safar, ab Matunga, Ghatkopar, Navi Mumbai, Thane tak pahuncha diya hai aap sabke pyaar ne. Har outlet, har party - lagta hai family badh rahi hai. Aap khush, hum khush!
