My Story

Hey, I’m Navya. I do lots of things - filmmaker, dancer, writer, bodywork explorer, and always on the move. Life’s a bit of a circus, but Yin Yoga and Taoist philosophy keep me grounded. Tao Te Ching is my steady friend. My vibe? Real, a little goofy sometimes, always listening - whether to birds outside or my own breath. You’ll see me mess up and laugh, because that’s how I roll. Being present, being playful, that’s my jam.

My Work

Yin Yoga & Movement Workshops - I offer Yin Yoga for seniors, adapted Suryanamaskar, and creative movement classes online or in-person.

What’s Yin Yoga? - It’s slow, meditative yoga. We work with joints and fascia, letting gravity do the heavy lifting.

Inclusive for All Bodies - We use 'shape' not 'pose'. Your body’s unique, so morph the shape to suit you. All are welcome.

Warm, Cozy Vibe - Gentle music, candles, sometimes poetry. After workshops, we might grab a bite together. Community matters.

Who’s it for? - Anyone feeling stressed, curious, creative, or wanting to slow down. All ages, all backgrounds.
