I’m the person behind Lakshay Power Yoga. My own life used to be a mad rush, full of deadlines and tension, till yoga happened. Dheere dheere (slowly), I saw it’s not just exercise, it’s breathing, it’s finding peace when everything’s noisy. Shaant mann, saaf soch — yahi asli shakti hai (calm mind, clear thoughts — real strength). Now, I help others find their balance. Health isn’t a luxury, it’s basic.
