Pricing Guide
Western Ghats Trekking Expedition
Logistics & Transport
- Round Trip: Non-AC Seater Vehicle (Tempo Traveler or Mini Bus). Departs Bangalore Friday ~9:00 PM, returns Sunday evening.
- Last Mile: Shared local jeep transfer (approx. 8 pax/jeep) from homestay to trek base included.
- Fees: Forest Department entry fees and trekking permits included.
Accommodation (Basic)
- Type: Adventure Homestay or Tents depending on destination.
- Setup: Dormitory style (floor mattresses) or Camping Tents (2-3 sharing). Men and women have separate sleeping areas.
- Facilities: Shared common washrooms (Indian/Western mix). Sleeping bag or blanket provided.
Meals (Vegetarian)
- Provided: 2 Breakfasts, 1 Packed Lunch, 1 Dinner.
- Menu: Simple local cuisine (Idli, Rice Bath, Sambar, Chapati).
- Note: Highway dining during transit is self-sponsored.
Support Crew
- Staff: Certified Trek Leader and local forest guide.
- Safety: Basic First Aid support included.
Coastal & Heritage Backpacking Trip
Transport
- Inter-City: Non-AC Tempo Traveler or Mini Bus from Bangalore (Friday night departure).
- Local: Vehicle usage included for beach hopping and fort visits.
Accommodation
- Gokarna: Beachside Camping Tents (2-3 sharing) or basic shacks with common community washrooms.
- Pondicherry: Budget Non-AC Hotel/Lodge (3-4 sharing rooms).
Meals
- Plan: 2 Breakfasts, 1 Lunch, 1 Dinner.
- Type: Vegetarian buffet or set menu at the stay.
Activities
- Included: Trip Captain for guided walks and basic experiences like Honnavara boating (where applicable).
- Excluded: Water sports (Scuba, Jet Ski, Surfing) and monument entry tickets are paid directly by the user.
Extended Hill Station Road Trip
Long-Haul Transport
- Vehicle: Non-AC Push-back Bus or Tempo Traveler for overnight journey.
- Permits: High-value interstate vehicle taxes (Kerala/TN) included in the package.
Accommodation
- Type: Budget Hotel or Homestay.
- Occupancy: Quad (4) or Triple (3) sharing rooms. Solo travelers paired by gender.
- Facilities: Attached bathrooms with hot water (subject to timings).
Sightseeing & 4x4
- Jeep Safari: Hiring of local 4x4 Jeeps for difficult terrain (e.g., Kolukkumalai or 900 Kandi) is included.
- Entry Fees: Tickets for dams, parks, and viewpoints included.
Meals
- Included: 2 Breakfasts and 1-2 Dinners (Vegetarian).
- Excluded: Lunches are self-sponsored to allow for sightseeing flexibility.

What Happens on Our Trips
- Most weekends, we leave Friday night from Bangalore, Tumkur, Mysore, or Shivamogga. You just get on, and the rest is sorted.
- Transport, food, place to crash (sometimes tents!), and all the adventure - that's on us.
- Our Trip Captains know the trails and make sure you’re safe, whether you’re new to group travel or a trekking regular.

- Gokarna for beach treks and ocean views.
- Kodaikanal’s misty pine forests.
- Wayanad for ziplining and tea estates.
- Ooty’s lakes and gardens.
- Pondicherry’s French cafés, Hampi’s ancient ruins, and honestly, the list keeps growing. We keep looking for new adventure weekend escapes.

It’s not just about the trek - it’s the chai by a waterfall, the random jokes, and that RCB banter even up in the clouds. We call it our trek family because strangers turn into buddies real quick. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or a trek pro, come make memories with us.

Open to All - Solo, family, or your whole gang - everyone finds a spot in our trek family.
Easy Bangalore Start - Most trips start and end in Bangalore. We also pick up from Tumkur, Chitradurga, Shivmoga sometimes.
Full Experience - It’s not just walking - think waterfalls, misty peaks, and wild Kodachadri jeep rides.
