My Story
Hey, I’m Sufiyan – physical therapist, Pilates coach, bit of a travel junkie. I’ve worked with some cool folks, like Janhvi Kapoor and KL Rahul, but honestly, it’s seeing anyone find their groove that makes me happy. Opened Stretch Pilates & Wellness in Bengaluru with a simple motto: yaar, ek life hai, toh full power jeena chahiye (you’ve got one life, live it to the fullest). Let’s get moving, stay positive, and maybe laugh at ourselves a little.
