My Story

Namaskaram, I’m Dakshith. My life turned when I found yoga through Sadhguru and Isha. Now, I teach Hatha Yoga and volunteer, just trying to pass on what’s changed me. You know, I’ve seen folks drop pain, anger, even insomnia with these practices. My sadhana is my anchor—over 100 days meditating, it’s pure bliss. I’m just a medium here, hoping to spread a bit of that light. Pranam.
