Executing a World Cup production requires strict precision across every stadium touchpoint. In the 2023 ICC Men's Cricket World Cup, we operated across 12 different venues, coordinating 550+ personnel per match day. Our team handled the complex logistical flow of VVIPs, player zone sterilization, and ensuring stadium branding and broadcast lighting synced perfectly with the live feed. We handle the technical infrastructure, meaning you manage the sport while we manage the spectacle.

Technical Scope

- Fan Experience: Executing in-stadia entertainment, including perimeter LED board operations, crowd engagement tools like CO2 jets, and managing DJ and MC performances to maintain atmosphere.
