- Clerk Fees: Includes standard handling fees required for moving files within the court registry.

What Drives Us
We’re Ajay and Yogmaya, and we built A&Y Partners on the idea that you shouldn’t have to face legal battles alone. Both of us are first-gen lawyers. We know how messy and isolating commercial disputes get, but we see every case as a team effort with our clients.

One Case, Many Lessons
There was a time we fought for a client whose LLP tenant went bust. On paper, it was a dead end—money gone, LLP broke. But we dug deeper, found evidence of fraud, and pushed for piercing the corporate veil. The Commercial Court made the actual partners cough up the dues. Not every case is this dramatic, but we don’t give up when things look tough.
