My Story

You know, I was all set for a scientist’s life at IIT—then Australia happened. Aerobics grabbed me, didn’t let go. Came back, skipped the job, just kept moving to the music at home. Someone joined me, lost weight, pushed me to start teaching. 1991, my first class. 1996, learned Pilates from a master trainer. By 2007, opened my own Pilates studio in Delhi. Ab bas, yahi hai (this is it), no turning back.
