My Story

Pranam, Namaskar. Hum Arya Power Yoga Academy. Haryana ke ek chhote gaon se safar shuru hua, par asli yoga ki yatra tab shuru hui jab parivaar ko zarurat thi. Bombay ki bhaag-daud aur tanaav ne samjhaya ki yog hi raasta hai. Humne Swami Sivananda ke ashram, Mysore aur kai sansthano se yoga seekha. Ab, humara maksad hai ki har kisi tak yog ki seva pohcha sakein, bina kisi polish ke, asli zindagi ke saath.

My Work

Har kisi ke liye yoga - Power Yoga for stress relief, Acro Yoga, Partner Yoga classes, Aerial Yoga for flexibility, Wheel Yoga, Desk Detox, kids yoga, Yoga Teacher Training retreats.
