Creative Writing Foundation Course (Recorded)
Curriculum & Format
- Format: Asynchronous, pre-recorded video lessons to watch anytime on mobile, tablet, or desktop.
- Modules: 3-part structure covering Getting Started (overcoming the blank page), Character Building (psychology and depth), and Impactful Writing (language and flow).
- Duration: Lifetime access to materials via the learning portal.
Certification & Assets
- Certificate: Digital certificate signed by Anita Nair upon completion.
- Tools: Access to downloadable worksheets and writing prompts.
Limitations
- No Feedback: This is a passive learning product with no manuscript evaluation.
- No Interaction: Zero live sessions or mentorship.
Live Mentorship & Manuscript Critique (12 Weeks)
Core Mentorship
- Direct Access: 12 consecutive Saturdays with Anita Nair (approx. 5 hours per session).
- Manuscript Review: Intensive 1-on-1 evaluation of your work-in-progress (Novel, Short Stories, Poetry, or Screenplay).
- Feedback: Industry-standard editorial feedback focusing on structure, voice, and marketability.
Publishing Industry Access
- Guest Sessions: Weekly interactive sessions with commissioning editors (Penguin, HarperCollins, Westland) and literary agents.
- Networking: Direct pipeline to pitch to industry professionals during the course.

- Author Branding: Sessions on creating a digital footprint and social media marketing.

My Approach

My Story
I’m Anita. I started Anita’s Attic because, yaar, I just couldn’t ignore those stories bubbling up inside me and everyone around me. I’ve been the ‘Quota Girl’ boxed in, so I know how tough it is to find your voice. That’s why Attic is not some stiff course. It’s a real, messy, warm space—Zoom or chai, it’s all about writing, sharing, and growing together. We celebrate wins, eat ice cream, and sometimes, watch our writers’ books turn into movies. That joy? Can’t beat it.
