About Mediation & Conciliation
I see mediation not as a shortcut, but a smarter way to solve real problems. As a first-generation lawyer and Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court, I’ve learned that a good settlement can sometimes beat a courtroom win.
Certified & Practical Approach
- Officially trained mediator, certified by the Supreme Court's Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC)
- 40-hour intensive training, packed with hands-on role-play - not just theory
- I bring legal rigor so any agreement you reach is fair and solid
What I Do
- For commercial and business disputes: I move fast, know the latest updates (including Mediation Act 2023 guidance), and work to find practical, business-minded solutions
- For matrimonial and family matters: I get the emotional side, I act as a neutral facilitator (legal neutral facilitator) and help you talk things out privately, aiming for family settlement without court
How I Think
Mediation lets you steer your own outcome, not just leave it to judges. I stick to my core: डर के काम करोगे तो वकालत क्यों की? अगर की तो सच के लिए पीछे ही क्यों हटना! (If you work in fear, why choose law? And if you did, why back down from the truth?) I don’t hesitate to push for the right result, even if it means going against the usual path.
Some folks say mediation has no teeth. I say, with the right guidance, it’s sharp enough to cut through the mess and get you a just result.

My Story
If you ask how I landed here, I might just grin. First lawyer in my family—no fancy books, no legal legacy, just me. Courts were always threats, not dreams. Saw the Jessica Lal case in school, got hooked. Said I’d be a criminal lawyer, but man, I was shy. Early days? Lot of waiting, lot of ‘bhaiya, yeh matter kab aayega?’ Parents still can’t explain what I do, but they pray. Cricket, court, late nights—same fight, same me. First one, not the last.
My Work
What I Do - I’m an Advocate on Record at Supreme Court, LLM in Corporate Law, big on hardcore criminal litigation, NHAI cases, and certified court mediator.
Conviction Over Convenience - I don’t pick easy cases. I stand for what’s right, even if it means fighting uphill.
No Fear, Just Fight - Agar tum har waqt darte rahoge, toh vakalat ka kya fayda? (If you’re always scared, why pick law?). I fight without fear.
Instinct Over Textbook - I trust gut and street-smart moves. Justice isn’t always in the books.
