- Mode: Physical meeting at Noida/Delhi office or Virtual Conference.
- Scope: Fact-finding, collection of invoices/agreements, and strategy formulation.
Drafting & Review
- Drafter: Initial framework by Associates; Final settlement and review of law by Advocate Kunal Yadav (AOR).
- Length: Typically 4-8 pages depending on complexity.
- Content: Chronological narration of facts, citation of relevant statutes (Company Law/Contract Act), and clear demand/rebuttal.
- Revisions: Up to 2 rounds of changes before finalization.
Execution
- Dispatch: Sent via Registered Post AD and Speed Post to up to 2 opposing parties/addresses.
- Digital Copy: Scanned PDF copy provided to client for records.
- Advisory: Basic guidance on next steps if the counter-party does not comply.
High Court & Supreme Court Petition Filing

Filing Process
- Registry Management: Interacting with the court registry to cure defects (technical errors in filing).

- Note: Court fees and actual photocopying expenses are charged at actuals.
Court Appearance & Argument Fee
Pre-Hearing Preparation
- Briefing: Reviewing the case file and previous orders prior to the hearing.
- Conference: Short pre-hearing coordination call with the client if required.
Court Representation
- Attendance: Physical presence of Advocate Kunal Yadav at the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, or NCLT.
- Waiting Time: Includes hours spent waiting for the matter to be called by the Bench.
- Advocacy: Oral arguments, countering opposition claims, and assisting the judge with legal precedents.
Post-Hearing
- Update: Immediate status update regarding the court order.
- Note: This fee applies to effective hearings where arguments occur. Passovers or simple adjournments are typically charged at a lower percentage.

My Story
If you ask how I landed here, I might just grin. First lawyer in my family—no fancy books, no legal legacy, just me. Courts were always threats, not dreams. Saw the Jessica Lal case in school, got hooked. Said I’d be a criminal lawyer, but man, I was shy. Early days? Lot of waiting, lot of ‘bhaiya, yeh matter kab aayega?’ Parents still can’t explain what I do, but they pray. Cricket, court, late nights—same fight, same me. First one, not the last.
