Industry Recognition and Professional Engagement
Beyond the courtroom and the training room, I actively engage with the legal and corporate community to keep my practice sharp and relevant.
I regularly contribute to the legal community by serving as an expert judge at events like the Trial Advocacy Tournament at Amity Law School. This experience keeps my legal skills sharp and connects me with emerging challenges in the field.
Building safer workplace cultures requires connecting with leaders who drive change. Here I am with the CEO of DEN Networks, part of the Reliance group, discussing workplace dynamics in a major corporate setting.
About Industry Recognition & Engagement
I don't just draft policies or argue cases in a vacuum. By judging moot courts at Amity or consulting with leadership teams at corporate offices like Reliance, I keep my finger on the pulse of both emerging legal talent and current workplace dynamics. This isn't just about networking. It is how I ensure the training programs I bring to your office are practical, legally sound, and actually effective.
My work in the industry is a two-way street. When I judge at events like the Trial Advocacy Tournament at Amity Law School, I see firsthand how the next generation approaches legal problems. It forces me to articulate complex concepts with clarity and precision, a skill I bring directly to your POSH and diversity training sessions.
Similarly, my direct interactions with corporate leadership teams are not just meetings. They are deep dives into the realities of modern management. When I work with companies on gender sensitization or Internal Committee (IC) training, I use the specific, ground-level insights I gain from these interactions to move beyond textbook compliance.
Most organizations struggle with compliance because they treat it as a box-ticking exercise. My approach is different. Because I am an active practitioner in the Supreme Court, I know how easily 'legal compliance' can fail in practice if it isn't grounded in real-world scenarios. Whether I am helping a team navigate complex inquiry documentation or setting up a zero-tolerance policy, I bring that same technical rigor to every workshop.
