Your Case, My Mission
I’m a first-generation lawyer, so fighting for every inch comes naturally. For me, legal representation isn’t just about paperwork or showing up in court - it’s about standing my ground and making sure my client’s voice actually counts. Struggles are part of the job, but I’ve learned that every setback can be flipped into an advantage.
How I Work
- I don’t walk into a hearing unprepared. I spend hours digging into the details, drafting, researching, and going over every document until I know the case inside out.
- When needed, I work with a team of solid legal minds to make sure your argument has no weak spots.
- Courtroom? Whether it’s in-person or virtual, I come ready to argue, not just attend.
What I Handle
- Civil litigation, including consumer rights and civil appeals representation. I’ve worked on cases that went up to the Supreme Court and even helped set legal precedents.
- Criminal defence, especially for those wrongly accused. I’ve managed to get FIRs quashed in the Delhi High Court, protecting clients from unfair charges.
- Corporate legal counsel for companies like DEN Network (Reliance Jio), offering advice beyond just court cases.
Where I Practice
I’m mostly based in New Delhi, but I take up cases across different courts, including Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, district courts, and occasionally other High Courts like Indore, based on the matter.
