About In the Spotlight: Media Features & Speaking Engagements
When I appear on podcasts or get featured in legal journals, the goal isn't just to be seen—it's to break down the complex legalese that often keeps you confused. Whether I am decoding Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act or discussing the realities of maintenance, my media work is an extension of how I practice law: direct, simple, and focused on helping you make informed decisions.
My goal has always been to remove the fear surrounding matrimonial law. When people come to me, they are often overwhelmed by half-truths they read online or hear from well-meaning friends. This is why I started 'The Legal Chapter' podcast and contribute to legal journals—to give you clarity on topics like child custody, alimony rights, and the nuances of contested divorce.
Why This Matters
Most of the confusion in family law stems from not knowing the difference between the legal process and the emotional reality. In my media features, I focus on the 'how-to':
- Myth Busting: Clearing up misconceptions about 498A (dowry) and maintenance claims.
- Strategic Awareness: Explaining why evidence, like digital chats and financial affidavits, is the backbone of your case.
- Rights-Based Guidance: Ensuring you know what you are entitled to, whether you are a husband or a wife.
Accessing the Knowledge
My media work is an extension of my office practice. If you find my explanations helpful in these features, they represent exactly how I work with my clients: by looking at the facts, stripping away the drama, and planning your next move. Legal battles are stressful, but they are winnable if you have the right strategy. If you need specific advice after seeing my work, feel free to reach out to discuss your specific situation.
