About this collection

I don't believe in standard ceramic tiling. In these bathrooms, we use floor-to-ceiling Italian marble—Statuario or rich brown variants—paired with Kohler WCs and Grohe high-flow diverters. It is not just about looking good; it is about that specific, quiet 'thud' of a solid-core door and the way the acoustics change the moment you step inside. If you are tired of seeing the same white plastic finishes everywhere, this is the kind of upgrade that actually changes your daily routine.

Building a 'spa-inspired' bathroom in a Gurgaon builder floor is about more than just the brand of the faucet. It is about creating a buffer from the noise and heat outside. When we layout these wet areas in Sushant Lok, my focus is on flow and privacy.

Why the details matter

  • Surface Selection: We avoid standard wall tiles. Instead, we use Italian marble with minimal grouting, which keeps the space looking seamless and easier to maintain. The texture you see in these photos? That is real, heavy stone.
  • Plumbing & Pressure: High-end Grohe diverters are useless if the pressure isn't right. We plan the piping during the RCC phase so that when you turn on that rain shower, it actually feels like a rainfall, not a trickle.
  • Lighting Design: Harsh, direct bathroom lighting is a mood killer. We use hidden cove lighting and backlit mirrors to create a soft, warm glow that makes the space feel like a five-star hotel, not a utility closet.

The Technical Side

People often ask about waterproofing in these homes. We use chemical-based treatments before any marble is laid. We ensure that the wet area is completely separated from the vanity section to prevent that damp smell that plagues many older homes in the NCR. The result is a space that stays dry, smells fresh, and feels like a genuine escape after a long day in the city.

I'm Aditya Khanna, and for me, a bathroom is the most honest space in a house. When I build these, I’m not thinking about efficiency; I’m thinking about how you’ll feel after a long day at the office. My team and I focus on the lighting, the marble texture, and the water pressure, so you never want to step out.
