My Story

We started Zest Fitness Studio because we wanted something real. Not just another gym with machines and mirrors. Here, you walk in and you’re part of the #zestfamily—no fakeness, no judging. We see people come in lost, some with PCOD or old injuries, and we help them find their spark. We do parties, Onam celebrations, dance-offs—fitness should feel like fun, not a chore. And yeah, zero steroids, that’s a promise.
