My Story
Namaste, I’m Jyoti from Delhi, Patanjali certified and yoga is mera jeevan (my life). Yoga, mere liye, ek gift hai jo hum khud ko dete hai. I’ve seen students skip surgery and heal just with practice. Best feeling ever! My classes? Not boring – we play, laugh, and sometimes feel like kids again. Family, friends, everyone joins in. My aim – har din nayi energy, naya balance. Yoga se hoga, pakka!

Personalised Approach - Main hamesha modifications batati hoon (I always give variations), use props, and make sure every student feels safe and included.
