My Story

Namaskara! We’re Yoga Bimba, started by me, Nayana, in a tiny shala with just three folks back in 2013. Now, it’s a wild mix - sunrise treks, festival celebrations, and even marathons. My guru Sri Bharath Shetty’s words still guide us. Some students turned teachers here, so it’s become a real tribe. Our mantra is simple: Abyasa, Arogya, Ananda. You show up, you practice, you find your health and bliss. That’s how we roll.

My Work

Yoga Classes & Workshops - We teach Hatha Yoga, with special focus on pre-natal yoga Bengaluru, post-natal, and yoga for PCOS support.

For All Ages & Levels - Kids jumping, folks over 50 starting fresh, everyone’s welcome. Online or in-person, join from anywhere.

Community & Celebration - Festival yoga classes, 108 Suryanamaskars, cheering for RCB - it’s more than just postures, it’s a vibe.

Practice, Not Perfection - Some days it’s a tough pose, some days just breathing. Show up, that’s all. Online group Hatha Yoga too.
