Our Approach to Brow Health

At Wave Beauty Studio, we see beauty procedures as a ritual of self-care. My goal is to enhance your natural features, not to force them into a trend. This is why I take a conservative approach to treatments like lamination. In fact, for about 85% of my clients, lamination is not the right choice. If your brow hair doesn't need that level of restructuring, I will be the first to tell you.

Understanding the Techniques

• Structural Thinning: This is my go-to for thick, unruly, or dense brows that lie flat. By selectively thinning the brow body, we remove excess weight, allowing the hairs to lift naturally and creating an airy, open look without the need for harsh chemicals.
• Gentle Lamination: When I do perform lamination, it is strictly for brows that genuinely benefit from it. I use a chemical-light approach, always paired with a deep-conditioning Botox or nourishing mask. This ensures that even when we redirect hair growth, the cuticle remains sealed and the hair stays soft, not stiff or brittle.
• Tinting Without Staining: I focus on tinting the hair itself rather than staining the skin. This prevents that heavy, 'drawn-on' look and keeps your brows looking groomed but soft.

Why Symmetry is Overrated

Many clients come in asking for perfect symmetry, but our faces are naturally asymmetrical. If we try to force perfect, identical brows, we often end up highlighting the imbalances in your eyes or facial structure. My job is to respect your natural form, balancing the brows to suit your unique features, not just matching them to each other.
