My Story

Hey, I’m Shashi. Yoga and trekking—these two keep me going. My institute’s called Vivarta Yoga because I’m all about transformation, not just on the mat but out in the wild too. Been at it 5+ years now. I love seeing people break their own limits, whether it’s kids chilling on a yoga trek or adults finding peace after a tough week. Nature’s the real teacher, I swear. Yoga should happen to everyone, anywhere.

My Work

Yoga Classes & Treks - I teach online yoga classes for adults, in-person sessions, and organize yoga treks for children and grown-ups.
