My Story

Hi, I’m Sandeep Ghosh from Navi Mumbai. Table tennis is not just my job, it’s my life. My daughter Swastika once wanted to play like me – gave her new shoes, small thing but big lesson. वो शूज तो अब नहीं रहे (those shoes are gone), but the discipline, hard work, dedication? Still there, always will be. When she wins, and I get a callout from the PM, bas... dil se khushi milti hai (just pure happiness).

My Work

Table Tennis Coaching in Kharghar - I coach at my own academy, ITTF certified, focus on table tennis basics training for all levels.

Basics First, Always - কাছে এসে দূরে যা (come near, go far) – simple drills, strong foundation before anything else.

Fitness & Recovery Routine - Morning fitness, swimming, agility, conditioning. Fitness for young athletes is non-negotiable here.

Building Champions - From first timers to international medalists, I train all. Progress, not perfection – results follow.
