We offer flexibility to fit your life. Our 45-60 minute sessions run 4-5 times a week and are available through live online classes, in-person at our Bengaluru studio, or via a recorded video library.

Unlike generic gym programs that push for high intensity regardless of the day, we practice cycle-syncing. This means we adjust the intensity of your movements—from strength training to restorative yoga—to match your current menstrual phase. This approach supports your hormonal health instead of spiking cortisol when your body needs balance.

Why Preconception Fitness?

For those training from home, our digital access gives you the flexibility to attend live classes or catch up with recordings when it suits your schedule.
