We offer live online yoga classes six days a week with multiple time slots between 6 AM to 7 PM. Our virtual sessions maintain the same comprehensive approach as our in-studio classes, incorporating traditional sequences like Surya Namaskar along with prop-based techniques.

My Story
Namaskar. I’m Yogratna, right here in East Delhi. This is my little peaceful spot, far from city chaos. I started our studios in Yamuna Vihar and West Jyoti Nagar to build a local yoga family. Honestly, yoga feels best when shared—kids, elders, everyone joining in, even trying chair yoga for the first time. We celebrate together, from International Yoga Day to regular mornings. Yahi hai hamara parivaar – stronger together, always.
My Work
All Types of Yoga & Aerobics Classes - Morning and evening batches - Traditional, Stretching, Partner, Aerial, Chair, Wheel, Aqua Yoga plus Aerobics.
Kids & Senior Special Classes - Kids summer yoga camp and gentle chair yoga for elders. Everyone’s welcome, beginners to advanced.
Detox & Cleansing Workshops - We run yoga detox workshops like Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Netra Tarpan for cleansing and wellness.
Props for Safe Practice - Belts, yoga wheels, chairs, bricks, aerial hammocks – we use props to help you go deeper, safely.
Community Vibe - Hum sab ek saath practice karte hain – it’s not just a class, it’s a friendly yoga community.
