Design & Project Scope
- Execution: Complete 2D/3D layouts, material selection, and project management under a fixed-price contract.
- Warranty: Lifetime warranty on woodwork hardware and specific finishes with 48-hour service response.
Modular Woodwork
- Kitchen: BWP marine ply carcass with High Gloss Acrylic or PU shutters. Includes bottle pull-outs, cutlery trays, and Hettich/Blum soft-close tandem boxes.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units for 3 bedrooms. Master features sliding doors with Lacquered Glass/Mirror; others feature premium Laminate/Membrane.
- Living & Foyer: TV unit with marble-finish back-paneling and floating storage. Custom shoe rack with seating ledge.
Civil & Finishes
- Ceiling & Light: Gypsum false ceiling with cove provision in all rooms. Includes supply and installation of LED recessed lights and COB spotlights.
- Walls: Premium Emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale/Dulux) plus one highlight wall (Texture/Wallpaper) per room.
- Electrical: Shifting existing points to match layout, installation of switch plates and fixtures.

We’re The KariGhars—Abhishek, Aashita, and our crazy big family. Started off in a tiny 400 sq. ft. spot with just ₹4500, dreaming huge. COVID hit, sab kuch ulat-pulat ho gaya (everything turned upside down), but we kept our people fed and salaries safe. No shortcuts. If you vibe with our passion, you stay.
