We are Jack and Nathan. We started this project to turn our own toughest moments into a space where you never have to feel alone.

This is our story and why we started The Mindful Project. We've been through our own darkest moments and created this space so no one has to feel alone. This video explains our mission to spread mindfulness, support mental health organizations, and build a community of hope.

A direct message for anyone fighting a silent battle. We see you, and we want you to know that what is coming is better than what is gone. You have the strength to get through this, just like you always have.
