Hari Om! Suraj Singh here. Yoga, for me, isn't just stretching or breathing—it's samatvam yog uchyate, balance in life. Been at this for 15+ years, certified from Kevalyadham, and still loving every bit. My studio's more like a big family—festivals, laughter, and yes, headstands after endless tries! Students call me Suraj sir. My work is my practice, my spirituality. Karo yog, raho nirog. Jai Shree Ram.
