About Live Garba & Stage Shows
When we do a live Garba stage show, it is not just about the steps. We focus on the flow of the medley and how to keep that energy high so the audience does not stop moving. My troupe of 6 to 8 dancers and I manage the full stage orientation and sound check, so you do not have to stress about the technical stuff on the big day.
Live shows are a different beast compared to studio rehearsals. The energy needs to be consistent from the first beat to the last, especially when you are looking to get a crowd off their feet. My sets are usually 15 to 20 minutes of high-intensity performance, blending authentic Dakla-style Garba with Bollywood commercial tracks to keep things fresh.
What you get with our performance:
- The Troupe: I show up with 6 to 8 professional academy dancers, so it is a full-scale production rather than a solo act.
- Tech & Logistics: We do not just show up and dance. I include 1 hour of stage orientation and a full sound check to make sure the audio mix hits right for the audience.
- Costumes & Props: Whether you want traditional Gujarati attire or something Western-fusion, we handle the outfit coordination and carry the necessary hand props like Dandiyas and Duffalis.
I treat every event in Ahmedabad like a story. Whether it is a premium Navratri event or a large corporate stage show, I am there on the floor to make sure the formations look clean and the energy is locked in.
