Choreography is the performance, but the foundation is where we build your power. See how we turn beginners into dancers, one drill at a time.

Watch us break down a routine step-by-step. I guide the class through each count, from points and taps to freestyle, ensuring everyone understands the movement before we add music. This is how we build a strong foundation.

"Aur energy!" In this clip, I'm pushing my students to add more power to their moves. We drill the sequence, I give direct feedback, and we do it again until the energy is perfect. This is how we refine performance quality.

This is a typical foundation session where we combine learning steps with freestyle practice. I encourage students to play with the moves and make them their own, because dancing is about expression, not just repetition.

Here's a glimpse into our beginner training program. We focus on fundamental movements like kicks, leg changes, and neck isolations. I count out each step to build muscle memory and control.

It's all in the details. Here, I'm explaining the importance of using your toes and heels to create bounce. We don't just teach moves; we teach the technique behind them to make your dancing look effortless.

"Aur clean step." This is a raw look at our practice sessions. We run the choreography multiple times, focusing on clean execution and timing before putting it to music. Repetition and practice are key.

We start with the basics, breaking down each move slowly. After practicing the steps, we speed it up with the music. This method ensures that even complex moves become easy to learn.

Body waves and isolations are crucial for hip-hop. In this clip, I'm teaching how to lead with your head and let your body follow to create a smooth wave illusion. It's all about core control.

"Aur sharp!" This session is all about making every move sharp and precise. We drill hand and leg movements, focusing on hitting every beat with intention and power.

Watch, learn, then do. I first demonstrate the slide and base steps, then have the class try it with me on music. This interactive method helps students grasp the rhythm and feel of the choreography.

About Behind the Scenes: Our Foundation Method

We don't do 'easy-easy' stuff here. In these foundation sessions, we spend the first 20 minutes on isolations and groove mechanics, so when we finally hit the choreography, your body already knows the language. Expect to sweat, feel challenged, and stop just copying steps.
