Storage Specifications
- Capacity: Single slot for one standard document box (approx. 1.5 cubic ft).
- Infrastructure: Industrial-grade metal racking in a shared warehouse zone.
- Moisture Protection: Boxes stored off-ground on plastic pallets to prevent dampness.
Security & Maintenance
- Pest Control: Routine fumigation and rodent management schedules.
- Surveillance: 24/7 CCTV monitoring and manned guard patrols.
- Insurance: Basic coverage for Fire, RSMD (Riots, Strikes, Malicious Damage), and Burglary.
Access & Terms
- Retrieval: Staff-assisted access during standard operating hours (9 AM to 6 PM).
- Tracking: Basic box ID logging (does not include individual file indexing).
- Exclusions: Cardboard boxes (sold separately) and handling fees per visit.

- Capacity: Holds approx. 60-80 standard archive boxes (if shelved) or small office furniture.
- Entry: Industrial rolling shutter door for easy loading.
- Climate: Passive ventilation (non-AC) protecting against rain but exposed to ambient temperature changes.
Access & Privacy
- Key Holder Policy: You bring your own lock and keep the key; staff has no access inside.
- Availability: 24/7 unrestricted access without appointment.
- Handling: Self-managed organization and retrieval (trolleys provided, racking not included).
Financials & Coverage
- Insurance: Complimentary coverage for Fire, Earthquake, and Burglary.
- Deposit: Refundable security deposit equivalent to 3 months of rent.
- Taxes: GST @ 18% is applicable over the quoted rates.
