Hey, I'm Sweta, and 43 feels like just another step in my crazy, beautiful journey. Bhakti, workouts, healthy food, travel - that’s my jam. Sugar? Left it behind in my 75 Hard challenge, and trust me, I loved my desserts! Nature is my chill pill, yoga is my fix. My students? My tribe, my family. Nari sita, nari kali, Nari hi prem karne wali.
