A curated look at my latest work across residential, corporate, and commercial sectors. From minimalist home facades to immersive experience centers, this is my design philosophy in practice.

A design concept for a multi-story hotel on Bangalore International Airport Road. The facade blends extensive glass and horizontal wood paneling to create a warm, contemporary look, with integrated rooftop greenery for a biophilic touch. This project showcases my approach to modern hospitality design.

The facade of a multi-family residence in Gulbarga, designed as two stacked duplex units for a joint family. The structure features interlocking geometric forms, recessed balconies with plants, and wooden screens that provide both privacy and effective sun shading in a modern architectural style.

An interior view of the Vogue Marmi marble experience center in Bangalore. I designed this space with sculptural, multi-level marble structures and a floating staircase to create an immersive gallery, showcasing the stone not just as a material but as an architectural form.

The entrance of a proposed school in Kottur, Karnataka, demonstrating my approach to institutional architecture. The design uses bold concrete forms and slatted screens to create dynamic patterns of light and shadow, defining a modern and engaging learning environment.

The reception and waiting area of the RS head office in Chennai. I used warm wood paneling, a minimalist reception desk, and soft, integrated ceiling lights to establish a professional and welcoming atmosphere for a leading corporate headquarters.

About this collection

I treat every project as a unique site-specific challenge, whether it is a high-rise hotel or a boutique showroom. My process centers on using honest materials, such as exposed concrete and Corten steel, to define the structure's identity. The goal is not just aesthetic appeal, but creating functional, efficient, and breathable spaces that rely on natural light and smart planning.

My Design Approach

Every project starts with deep iterations to ensure the outcome fits the site and the client. For residential work, such as the duplex in Gulbarga, I focus on geometric forms and privacy screens that manage sunlight and airflow. For commercial spaces like the RS Head Office in Chennai or the Vogue Marmi experience center in Bangalore, I prioritize movement flow and sculptural forms.

Materiality and Technical Detail

I rely on a specific palette to maintain a clean, modern aesthetic.

  • Exposed Concrete & Corten Steel: These are not just visual choices. They define the facade and provide texture that ages well.
  • MEP Coordination: My design service for offices includes full MEP integration, ensuring HVAC ducting and electrical points are planned alongside the furniture layouts to avoid clutter.
  • Lighting: Whether it is high CRI lighting for retail product display or passive daylighting strategies for institutions, light is treated as a structural element.

Project Management

I believe in hands-on involvement. For all interior projects, I conduct 4 to 6 site visits per month during the execution phase. This allows me to personally ensure that vendors, contractors, and builders align with the technical drawings and specifications provided in the GFC sets. My objective is to bridge the gap between the concept render and the final built space.
