Corporate and Office Space Design
Minimalist layouts and functional design for professional workspaces. I focus on balancing seat-count efficiency with clean, modern aesthetics.
The reception and waiting area of the RS head office in Chennai. I used warm wood paneling, a minimalist reception desk, and soft, integrated ceiling lights to establish a professional and welcoming atmosphere for a leading corporate headquarters.
A view of the client waiting lounge at the RS head office. The combination of plush blue armchairs, a marble coffee table, and vertical wood paneling creates a comfortable yet sophisticated space for visitors within the corporate office interior.

The executive meeting room at the RS head office in Chennai. The space is defined by a statement meeting table made from a single piece of heavily veined marble, complemented by floor-to-ceiling marble walls and soft, natural light to create an atmosphere of quiet authority.

About this collection
For corporate environments, I prioritize spatial logic. In projects like the RS head office, the layout is driven by the need for clear circulation paths and distinct zoning, connecting public-facing reception areas with private, focused work zones through intentional material shifts.
Architecture for offices must do more than look professional. My approach centers on high-utility design where every square foot serves a purpose.
Materiality and Light
I utilize honest materials such as exposed concrete, glass, and steel to define space without relying on decorative excess. In my workspace designs, natural light is a tool. By orienting workstations to leverage daylight and utilizing glass partitions, I minimize the need for artificial lighting while maintaining an open, collaborative atmosphere.
Core Design Elements
- Efficient Zoning: My layouts separate public-facing reception areas from high-focus workstations, ensuring seamless movement and privacy where it matters.
- Acoustic Planning: In open-plan offices, noise management is vital. I integrate acoustic paneling and material dampening to support focus.
- MEP Integration: All functional systems, including HVAC ducting, power, and data points, are designed as part of the architectural form, not hidden as an afterthought.
The Corporate Experience
I treat branded experience centers and headquarters as extensions of the company culture. From custom joinery in reception counters to the choice of veneer and marble in executive suites, these details communicate brand values. Whether it is a multi-story hotel or a focused tech office in Chennai or Bangalore, the objective remains the same: create a space that enhances operational efficiency while maintaining a clean, minimalist identity.
