My Story
Hi, I’m Sanchita. Yoga’s not about the perfect pose for me – some days my cat does a better downward dog! I come to the mat with all my flaws and moods, just showing up, even after long breaks. The mat’s my honest space, where I bend so I don’t break. I sit with emotions, breathe deep, and let the practice keep me rooted, no matter what life throws. Sometimes, it’s just me, my breath, and a purring cat.
My Work
Yoga classes for all levels - I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga, with special focus on yoga for spine health and mindful hip-opening sequences.
My approach: ‘Work in’, not just work out - We use yoga to connect mind and body, process emotions, and build resilience. It’s not just about strength.
