My Story

Hey, I'm Shilpa. RR Iron Fitness is where we sweat, joke, and do Ayudha Pooja like one big family. My gym’s got potlucks, cheet meals (cheat meals), actors prepping for movie roles, and regular folks just trying to show up. Some days, trainer’s struggle is real, but we laugh it off. Fitness here isn’t punishment, it’s a journey with lots of 'trainer rock, trainee shock' moments. You’ll find more smiles than six-packs, promise.
